Ram is a successful serial entrepreneur and brings with him several years of rich experience in Indian digital space. He founded NetworkPlay that was later sold to Bertelsmann AG's Gruner + Jahr, Germany in 2012 creating tremendous value for his investors (Capital 18) and employees. During this journey, he also acquired and integrated SeventyNine.Mobi (A Leading Mobile Ad-Network) with NetworkPlay. More recently, he has founded PlatformPlay.
Prior to his entrepreneur days, Ram worked in leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies such as Yahoo India, Tribal DDB, Madison Communications, Jobsahead.com (a Monster WW Company), Encore Events, Microland and Indian Express across markets in India, South East Asia and The US.
Ram's career reads like a list of path breaking projects in the Indian digital ecosystem. He launched a Brand Ad-Network, brought LinkedIn into India through a partnership before LinkedIn opened their office space, partnered in delivering Gold Standard events such as ad:tech and iMedia Summits & TechCrunch through various JVs.
Ram is also widely considered as a thought leader and often seen at industry forums as a speaker, mentor and networker with a single passion to grow the digital ecosystem in India. He is on the board of Simpli5d Technologies that runs the brand NLPCaptcha - a unique solution in the captcha, video and mobile space. He is an advisor to the board for BizGain - a company that builds solutions on campaign optimisation and management through its innovative single click dashboard, that serves as a decision making tool for large organisations with big spends in the digital space, apart from being an Advisor on digital media & strategy to all consumer facing brands of Reliance Industries, India's largest business enterprise.
He has won many awards at several world renowned shows such as Cannes, Asian Advertising Festival, World Brand Congress, CMO Asia Summits and Asian Advertising Festival Etc.
He is an engineering graduate with an MBA from IAU, California and an alum of Harvard Business School where he pursued his Management Program in Strategic Marketing Management.
Anoop serves as the President Engineering for ibiboGroup. He has more than 13 years of experience designing and developing large scale systems in Telecom and Internet domains. Anoop joined the ibibo group in October 2006 and has been responsible for developing its social networking and gaming platforms. In his current role he oversees development and scaling of the ibibo ads platform. Previously he was with Convergelabs building telecom tools and solutions and has a patent pending against his name.
Anoop holds an Engineering degree in Mechanical engineering from the University of Madras.
Anoop enjoys driving and sports like basketball, badminton and cricket.
Hemali heads revenue for the entire suite of offerings of IbiboAds including Affiliate, Brand and Adtech Sales & Solutions. She has been part of the rapidly evolving media industry for more than 14 years. Prior to joining IBIBO Group, Hemali held key management positions in organizations like UTV, Ten Sports & The Times Group. Having worked across media - Television, Print and Internet, she has a keen understanding of devising brand solutions & optimizing media spends for clients across various industries.
Hemali is a wild life enthusiast. She loves backpacking around the world.
Jaswant leads the Sales Strategy function at ibiboads. Jaswant comes with over 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing and sales strategy. He started his career with Contract Advertising and has held leadership roles including leading the Marketing Communications at Timesjobs and Sales Strategy at Yahoo! and Networkplay Media. He has led the content and marketing for digital advertising events - ad:tech and iMedia Summits in India.
Jaswant enjoys swimming and loves to travel.
Nitin has spent more than 14 years in the Internet industry designing and building very large scale platforms for Ad-serving, content management systems, media management and mobile applications. Previously he has worked for companies like Times Internet and Reliance Entertainment apart from a mobile startup. Having built applications which have stood the test of time and scale he is now attempting to build the next generation of Ad-serving technologies at Ibibo.
He is a wannabe Photographer, avid reader, gamer and a Formula 1 fanatic.
Chirag is the Director for AdTech Sales & Solutions. He comes with 11 years+ of cross industry/ cross functional work experience with Top Brands like Yahoo, TOI, Reliance & Wipro. His last stint was with Yahoo which gave him a complete grip on the total Digital Advertising eco system with Cross Vertical / Geography exposure working on diverse products like Yahoo Search, Yahoo Audience Network (Display) & Yahoo Performance Display business.
He loves to travel and has just completed a Road trip to Ladakh before joining us. Next on his bucket list is a trek to the Mount Everest base camp!
Anuj heads the affiliate business for ibibo ads. He has 10+ years of experience behind him across advertising and media outfits like Ndtv, Tv Today, TOI & Triton Communications, holding sales and client servicing positions at various levels. He has done MBA (marketing) from Pune University.
He is a complete outdoor person and loves to travel on the job and off it as well!! And being a Punjabi he loves food!!.
Neha is the Director for Brand Business, which is called Ibibo Splash at IbibioAds. She comes with 10 yrs of widespread experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Marketing & Team Management. Her last stint was with PlatformPlay in a leadership position where she spearheaded all sales initiatives of the company across web, mobile & events. Her previous stints were in the Travel & Aviation industries with Navteq/Nokia Location & Commerce, Yatra.com, Kale Consultants, Bird Group and Amadeus India.
She loves to travel and discover new places and sees traveling as an antidote to the drudgery of a routine life, a real stress buster.
Gandharv has over 9 years of experience out of which 7 years has been spent in Advertising & Media industries. He has previously been associated with companies like HT Media and FedEx in various roles surrounding Commercial and Revenue Management. Gandharv joined Ibibo Group in 2011 and has been in diverse roles ranging from Finance to Business Controllership. In his current role, he is in charge of Delivery, Operations and Publisher Development of the ibibo Ads business.
Gandharv has done B.Com.(Hons) from Delhi University and is also a Law Graduate. In his spare time he likes to listen to music and enjoys driving in the hills.
